We collect: marketplace account identifiers (via OAuth), buyer question data from your connected stores, AI-generated answers, and basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not collect passwords, financial data, or personal documents. Analytics are collected via Plausible (cookie-free, GDPR/LGPD compliant).
Your data is used exclusively to provide the FoxQ&A service: detecting buyer questions, classifying intent, generating AI answers, and tracking response analytics. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data may be processed by: marketplace APIs (to publish approved answers), AI model providers (anonymized question text for answer generation), and payment processors (Stripe, for billing only).
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with Fernet. We retain your data only while your account is active. Upon cancellation, account data is deleted within 30 days.
Under Brazilian law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, revoke consent at any time, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
